Giovanni Menti is a small family winery founded at the end of the 19. century in Gambellara. The founder, Govanni Menti, and grandfather of the current owner, first began to sell wine that was made for his own consumption. At this time, the winery cultivates 7.5 hectares of vineyards planted with the Garganega and Durella grapes. They make dry, sparkling as well as sweet wines from these grape varieties. Giovanni takes care of the work in vineyards and in the cellar together with his son Stefan. They treat the vineyards only with organic substances using biodynamic methods.
