The wine estate Radoar is located literally in the mountains. Some of the vineyards grow at the altitude of 900m above sea level. Beside the vineyards, where mainly grows Mueller Thurgau, they keep cattle and make distilled liquor. They are famous for their liquor from chestnuts. Their wine Etza from Mueller Thurgau grapes belongs to the most fascinating wines from this grape variety. It is fermented spontaneously and matured in huge oak barrels for almost a year. The entire farm runs in biodynamic mode.
