We grow vine and other products in optimal amounts so as to not damage the environment. The way to a healthy harvest for us is to increase natural vitality of the soil, rich flora and fauna, natural grasslands and maintaining hedgerows, rather than using modern chemical insecticides or fertilizers. Irreplaceable role in our country plays its own compost and manure. Our entire farm is certified organic and is the only winery in the Czech Republic with prestigious certificate of biodynamic farming DEMETER.
