Wimmer – Czerny winery is located in Fels am Wagram. The vines are planted on deep loess soils with 2/3 of Grüner Veltliner, then with Riesling, as well as the traditional local specialty grape Roter Veltliner, and also in smaller amounts with Pinot blanc, Gewurtztraminer, Zweigelt and Pinot noir. The Demeter biodynamic certification was given not only to the 15 ha winery but to the entire farm where they keep their own cows whose horns are used to make biodynamic mixture called „roháček“. They also keep Mangalica pigs. The winery’s characteristics are wellbalanced, authentic and drinkable wines.
