Wine has accompanied our lives for more than 20 years. In these 20 years, we have come a long way, gathered a lot of experience and incredible experiences. We thought that the best wines were those from famous appellations, those that received the most points and those that were written and talked about the most in the media. But one day we found out that what is good for others started to be boring for us. We found that we no longer want to drink products of modern agriculture, wines full of chemistry and wines without a soul. We have discovered wines that do not play with anything, that are a product of nature, wines without make-up. We met people who live and work in harmony with nature and who believe in what they do. We discovered the world of natural wines.
At HokusPokus winebar&tapas we only offer wines that are the product of organic farming. Wines from small winemakers from all over Europe. We know many of them personally and are good friends of ours. In addition, our homemade sourdough bread, handmade pies from Melememaso, fantastic Spanish hams, cheeses from small farmers and excellent filtered coffee. All natural, without preservatives and chemicals.
We are simply different, we are HokusPokus.

“Vinos valencianos, artesanos y honestos”

Hotel school and separate careers in different parts of the gastronomy and the world brought them together again one day and today they have a great natural winery near Valencia at a total altitude of around 1000 meters above sea level. They focus on the Bobal variety and also have beautiful old vineyards of this valuable but also valuable variety. Come and taste!!!

Bidule

Bidule
Dolní Bojanovice, Czechia

“Bidule is a project of a small winery from South Moravia, which started in 2022. Zdeněk Omasta is the winemaker behind it. After thirteen years in a corporation, he decided to make wine full-time. He and his friends built a cellar, bought vineyards and founded a winery. K tasting will be the first still wines, but also the sparkling wines they are most devoted to.

The wine is a reflection of the place, time and skill of the person who worked in the vineyard.”

We are a small boutique winery and plan to stay that way. We manage a hectare of vineyards in a non-certified organic regime with elements of biodynamics, next year it will enter a transition period. Our vineyards are in the villages of Dolní Bojanovice and Mutěnice.

We specialize in the production of pét-nat sparkling wines. We use absolutely no wine additives, not even sulfur. So you will find only 100% grape juice in each bottle.

The Myšince and Vrance winery was established in 2020 and we are gradually increasing our production up to the current almost 4,000 bottles. The plan is, after the beginning of the fruitfulness of the newly planted vineyards, a maximum quantity of approx. 10,000 bottles per year.

NATMOSELLE Bioweingut Reis & Söhne

NATMOSELLE Bioweingut Reis & Söhne

“The basis for natural wines is trust in the work of nature and the impact of one’s own work.” Nicole and Achim Reis are experienced winemakers. Both were born into winemaking families in the Moselle region, where their fathers and forefathers grew wine. “We love the Moselle and working in the vineyards. Our family has been growing wine on the steep slopes of our village for fifteen generations. Our sons Aaron, Vitus and Jasper are also working to develop and preserve this tradition. Some of our plots have been planted with vines for more than a thousand years. Here we are at home.”

All NATMOSELLE wines are certified organic and vegan. They ferment spontaneously with the vineyard’s own natural yeasts. Avoiding industrial additives is mandatory. All wines taste dry and are not filtered. The wines thrive on the world-famous slate slopes of the Moselle. The unique minerality of this terroir is the basis for the complex, stimulating mouthfeel of the wines.

“Over the decades we have learned to trust the vines and our careful handwork on the steep slopes. When harvesting, we select by hand in several harvests at the time of optimal ripeness. Through this loving effort in the vineyard we obtain perfect grapes. This special quality of the grapes allows us to exercise the greatest possible restraint in winemaking (“low intervention”). We support the winemaking process of the grapes with experience and feeling. The wines want to show their originality and we want to experience exactly that. They seem to tell stories about golden rays of sunshine in September and the deep inscrutability of the slate soils. Sometimes they can even stop time in special moments.”
