We are small family winery in Velké Bílovice which is the largest wine-making village in the Czech Republic. The winery was founded in 1993 and cultivates less than eight hectares of vineyards. We use natural stabilizing agents of the ecosystem and believe in nature being able to help itself without aggressive interventions of men. We practice the same approach with wine making. Our wines mature more than 12 months on soft lees where there is no need for any chemical stabilizing agents. The specialty of our winery are so called „orange wines“ made by old Georgian methods.
