DOBRA VINICE is a small company (15 ha of vineyards) that produces wine in sandstone wine cellars near Znojmo in the National Park Podyjí. When protecting our vineyards, we use contact mixtures based on biological/biodynamic materials and natural agents. We use new oak barrels and qvevri from Georgia for long-period grape maceration. We produce between 20 and 30 thousand bottles per year depending on the vintage. No additives are used during the vinification, wine is not filtered, and bottles are stored under ideal conditions in old sandstone wine cellars.
