Milan Nestarec believes that natural methods of viticulture and grape processing are most appropriate and lead to the best outcome. It is a craft that requires a deep moral commitment. There is no room for a lie, and every mistake has consequences with which we have to deal later. The vineyards cover an area of eight hectares and are planted with 40 thousand vines. All the work in vineyard is entirely done by hand, resulting in improved quality. Vineyards are protected only by natural substances, there are no herbicides used. Milan does not do all this for the label “organic”, but because of his own beliefs.
