Petra and Lada Kočařík´s estate is a small family winery that focuses on producing small lots of distinctive wines. We place emphasis on organically grown grapes. We intervene into the creation of wine as little as possible. The aim is to preserve the naturalness, terroir and vintage of wine. Our wines are fermented spontaneously; therefore most of them age on lees in oak barrels for 12 months with low sulfur content. We prefer oak barrels; consolidation takes place in stainless steel. We belong to a group of winemakers called Autentisté (Authentists). We farm on less than two hectares; closest to our heart is Pinot noir.
