Jaroslav Osička winery is a small family business located in Velké Bílovice. The winery distinguishes itself by growing and producing distinct wines while maintaining harmony with nature. Characteristic traits of the winery: environmentally friendly production, the vineyards and grapes are treated with biological and natural substances, spontaneously fermented wine, long period wine storing and macerating on lees, oak and acacia barrels. The wines are not filtered and only small amount of sulfur is added right before bottling. White grape varieties: Chardonay, Gewurtztraminer, Pinot gris, Muller Thurgau and Neuburger. Red grape varieties: Zweigelt, Blauer Portugieser.
