The story of the boutique winery started in 2007. We reconstructed the old tokaj cellar – a heritage from the grand father – in the village of Velka Trna and started the wine production. In 2007 and 2008 we were preparing the wines in very modern way. They were fresh and juicy….but…more and more we were into very natural wine making. We stopped using noble yeasts, enzymes and other additives exept sulphur. All our wines are nonfiltrated. Nowadays we create our wines in very natural way. The annual production is just up to 8 000 liters. We let a part of our wine ferment on skins and seeds to escape the usage of sulphur. As a first in Tokaj we use georgian qvevris for slow fermentation in tokaj cellar. The other part of our wines are traditionale tokaj wines. We produce furmints, harslevelu, yelow muscat and tokaj aszu wines as well as tokaj szamorodny wines.
